Employment Transition & Readiness

This program is designed to equip unskilled and semi-skilled unemployed youth with practical, in-demand skills to enhance their employability or support self-employment. We offer short-term training in trades such as welding, plumbing, sewing, cooking, digital literacy, and hairdressing. In addition to technical skills, participants are trained in workplace readiness, including communication, teamwork, time management, and CV writing. By collaborating with local businesses and training providers, the program creates pathways to internships, job placements, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to empower youth with the tools they need to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
